Renowned Pianist Dr. Krystian Tkaczewski Masterclass at Tanglewood Bukit Timah
On 22 May 2018, Tanglewood Music School Bukit Timah proudly welcomed acclaimed Polish concert pianist Dr. Krystian Tkaczewski for an exclusive piano masterclass that brought together aspiring musicians from Singapore’s vibrant music community.
Held at our school’s Auditorium conveniently located next to King Albert Park MRT, the event offered students an exceptional opportunity to receive personal coaching from a world-class performer and educator.
Dr. Tkaczewski—often described as “a true Chopin heir”—has performed in over 30 countries and earned accolades for his interpretations of Chopin, Liszt, and Rachmaninoff. During the masterclass, he worked intensively with selected students on a diverse repertoire, covering both technical refinement and deeper musical expression.
